We do not accept returns due to the unique and fragile nature of our crystals and meticulous packing.  If we do make an exception to this, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. 

We can not cancel orders once they are placed. 

If your order somehow happens to get damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for a solution. Please make sure to send photos of the damage.

Please note that our current lead time for  orders is 1-3 business days. This is how long it will take for us to pick, pack and ship out your order. The transit time will depend on the size of your order and the address.
